Dr. Wellford
Optometrist
Raised in Wisconsin, Dr. Corbin Wellford earned his optometry degree from the New England College of Optometryin Boston. After five years of private practice ownership in North Georgia and time practicing in Whitefish, MT, he and his family put down roots in Bozeman for its community and outdoor life. Dr. Wellford provides comprehensive routine and medical eye care, including diabetes eye exams, glaucoma and macular degeneration management, and specialty contact lens fittings. He’s committed to clear communication and practical, patient-first care.
Dr. Catarino
Optometrist
Originally from Canada, Dr. Marlene Catarino graduated from the New England College of Optometry and brings a calm, detail-oriented approach to patient care. After time in Whitefish and North Georgia, her family chose Bozeman for the welcoming community and the mountains. Dr. Catarino provides comprehensive eye exams and medical eye care with special interest in diabetic eye health, glaucoma monitoring, macular degeneration, and contact lenses. Patients appreciate her clear explanations and collaborative plans.
Kirsten Hamner
Office Manager
Kirsten keeps Eyes on Main running smoothly. As our office manager and licensed optician (lens selection, measurements, and precise fittings), she’s the go-to for insurance benefits and claims, scheduling, and the day-to-day details that make visits easy. From styling frames to untangling coverage questions, Kirsten knows the ins and outs of the entire practice and ensures every patient leaves seeing—and feeling—their best.

This team of five incredible gals keeps everything running smoothly — from greeting you at the front desk to helping you find the perfect pair of glasses and assisting in exams. With a mix of skilled opticians, receptionists, and technicians, they bring expertise, care, and a whole lot of personality to every visit.
